Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Raisoni Jewels, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item must have the original tag intact. Removing the tag voids the return policy.
• You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Any certificates (IGI/GIA etc.) provided must be returned in original condition. Loss of certificate will incur a replacement fee.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Account, etc.).

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

• If the order has not been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
• If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process.
• To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at raisonijewelsdomain@gmail.com with your order ID.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved rings, custom sizes).
• Gold coins or bars (due to daily price fluctuations).
• Items that have been worn, resized, or altered by a third party.

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within India. We will arrange a secure pickup from your location.

Please ensure the package is sealed securely before handing it over to our logistics partner.
